What is the safe pressure for a hot-water-heating system?
Jan 20, 2007 · im sure its the wind. now the wind has died down a bit it has been fine. but this morning was bad, i was having a shower, which is a powershower, but heated by gas and it cut out 3 times which wasnt good.cold water in winter aint good. roll on summer

excessive wind box/furnace differential pressure, is applicable for boilers with the above design pressure. Open all the secondary air damper automatically at 9'wg DP. Now days the MFT also functions to help protect against over pressurization that could be caused by the large fans on present day units.

Oct 05, 2017 · Supply pipe was 22mm in fact, and only reduced to 15 on the last 20cm of pipe because the gas connection on the boiler was 15mm. I got the boiler working within 20 minutes. I dont even care about burner pressure. Gas rate at the meter is enough, only dig deeper is gas rate gives an input rating thats off by a lot than whats supposed to be.
Nov 07, 2019 · You should only have to increase the boiler pressure once or twice a year. But, if your boiler keeps losing pressure this could mean that the water from the system is leaking.
